Shipping to Spain & the EU

EU orders ship from our store in Spain. Orders placed before 3:00 pm (local time) ship the same day; orders after 3:00 pm ship the next business day.

Shipping costs & delivery times (from dispatch):
Mainland Spain:
– Standard (Correos, 2 business days): FREE
– Next day (Correos, next business day): €1.50 — free on orders over €100
Rest of Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden):
– Standard (Correos, 4–6 days): €1.99 — free on orders over €60
– Express (UPS, 2–3 days): €4.99 — free on orders over €150

Note: next-day delivery in mainland Spain must be selected at checkout and uses the same 3:00 pm cut-off. Express orders are shipped with UPS.

All EU orders are shipped duties paid, with no additional taxes or customs fees on delivery.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any accessories or free gifts received with the order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
